Discovery Corner Academy has been an exciting academic environment within the Troy community for over 40 years. We are a multicultural, non-denominational early childhood center located at 3633 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084.

Our academy was established by two school teachers, Beverly and Jo Ann in 1981. They recognized the growing need for childcare as more parents entered the workforce. They used their teaching experience to organize a warm, loving place for children to learn and make new friends.

Teachers that parents can trust

Parents highly recommend our state-of-the-art curriculum and are delighted to be greeted by the same experienced teachers year after year. Our pre-school and pre-kindergarten classes are offered year-round. Kindergarten begins in September and parents look forward to attending the kindergarten graduation festivities in June.

Special school-age activities are offered during school vacations, snow days, and throughout the summer. We offer a relaxed and enriched experience to children from Troy, Birmingham, Clawson, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester, Royal Oak, and other areas in Southeast Michigan.

We promise your child an exceptional learning experience with small class sizes, planned activities, and individual help.  You can feel comfortable knowing your child will be taught by experienced caring adults in a safe, friendly environment.
